The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process.

All orders not shipped within 30 days of the order are canceled unless otherwise announced in the sales offer.

The customer has the right to return products within a seven days period after delivery, the cost of return is assumed by the customer.

This number s is to be included in the return mail.
The products will be sent to Customer Service in reference to Article 9 of these general conditions of sale.
The products must be returned properly protected in their original packaging. Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
Your refund will be processed within 30 days of exercising the right of return by bank transfer to the customer's bank account.
A confirmation email will be sent to the client.
