Egyptian cotton is one of fifty varieties of cotton that is distinguished by its very high quality. This precious cotton comes from Egypt, where it grows on the banks of the Nile. The climatic conditions and the fertility of the land are excellent for the cotton plant, which produces very long, silky and resistant fibers. Like other types of cotton, it is harvested from the bush and ginned before the fibers are separated and aerated. The fibers are then spun, spooled, and finally knitted in our workshops.
