Bleuforêt delivers your order anywhere in the world. We offer you the freedom to have your order delivered wherever you want. With Colissimo and Chronopost, we offer you 48-hour home delivery solutions. In all cases, you will receive a link to track the progress of your package.

Our delivery solutions (delivery times, rates) for international orders?

We deliver your order in Europe and worldwide. Tracking is possible for some countries. You will receive an e-mail from our factory with the tracking link of your package to enable you to follow its delivery. Our carriers deliver during normal working hours and may require a signature acknowledging receipt of the package. We therefore advise you to be delivered to an address where someone will be present during the day to receive the package.

- Belgium : Home delivery or delivery to a retailer in 48 hours with tracking, without signature, for 8,50, free from 50 of purchase.
- Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg : Home delivery in 2 to 3 days with tracking, delivered against signature, for 10
, free from 70 of purchase.
- Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal: Home delivery in 4 to 5 days with tracking, delivered against signature, for 10
, free for orders over 70.

- Switzerland : Home delivery in 4 to 5 days with tracking, delivered against signature, for 11,80, free for orders over 80.
- Other European countries: Home delivery in 5 to 9 days with tracking, delivered against signature, for 10
, free from 70 purchase.

All the announced delivery times are valid if your order is placed before 12:00 noon from Monday to Friday, there will be no order dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

 OUR SECURE PAYMENT METHODS

Payment by credit card on our site is fully secure. We use the BNP Paribas Mercanet banking solution via the secure interface of our partner Ingenico. When you pay by credit card, your bank details are encrypted (SSL standard), which means that they do not circulate unencrypted on the Internet.

Your bank details are in no way stored on our servers, but pass through the banking networks. For this reason, each time you place an order, you must enter them again. If you still prefer not to provide them, you can pay your order by Paypal.  Paypal is an easy, fast and secure way to pay for your online purchases without filling in your bank details. Bleuforêt also accepts payments by bank check for French orders. You must send your check to the address below, indicating your order number on the back:

Your cheque will be cashed upon receipt. If you do not send your payment by cheque within 10 days your order will be automatically cancelled.

Bleuforêt also accepts payment by bank transfer for French or international orders. You must make your transfer within 10 days. Our bank details will be sent to you by email when your order is validated. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your transfer.

Bleuforêt also accepts payments by check KADEOS or SHOPPING PASS. Simply select payment by check in your cart and send us by mail your checks KADEOS or SHOPPING PASS. We will not give change on this method of payment. You can complete your payment by bank check.

SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED

If you are not completely satisfied with the items ordered, upon receipt of your order, you have a period of 30 days to return them to us in perfect condition, unworn, in their original packaging. You must send them by post accompanied by the Return Form completed to the following address:

The return costs are at your expense, the initial delivery costs will be fully refunded only if the entire order is returned. As soon as we receive and check your return, we will refund the returned product(s) by re-crediting your credit card. If you paid your order by PayPal, your order will be refunded to your PayPal account.

You may at any time order a new product in exchange for the one ordered.

Please note that items personalised with embroidery will not be exchanged or refunded.
