If you have forgotten your password, it is easy to access your Bleuforêt account again. You can go to the My Account section and click on the link "Forgotten password? "where you can enter your email address. This email address must be the one you use on your Bleuforêt account. We will then send you a link directly to your email address so that you can reset your password.
We are sorry that you are unable to create an account. You can take the following steps to try to resolve this concern:
Make sure that the chosen password is 6 or more characters long
Make sure you do not already have a Bleuforêt account with the email address you are using. If this is the case, refer to the section "I forgot my password".
Make sure that your email address and confirmation of your email address are identical, as well as your password and confirmation of your password.
Try using a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome...)

If these steps still do not allow you to create your account, you can contact our Customer Service by clicking here. If possible, can you include screenshots of the error messages you see appearing.
Once registered, you will be able to log into My Account at any time. This section will allow you to change your password, email address or delivery addresses. If you have not visited our site for some time, it is best to check the My Account section to ensure that all information is up to date. The different sections of your account:

After your registration and first order, you should receive various emails from us such as Bleuforêt newsletters, purchase, shipping and return confirmations, as well as answers from Customer Service. Your email may consider our emails as spam.
To do this, you must add'boutique@e.bleuforet.fr' and'info@e.bleuforet.fr' to your authorized contacts. Be sure to use the email address you provided to register on Bleuforêt. All you have to do is log into your account to check this.
If you still have problems, contact our Customer Service with as much detail as possible about the problem you are experiencing and we will do our best to help you.

The creation of an account is mandatory to place an order on the Bleuforêt website. Indeed, by creating an account, you can place an order without having to provide your delivery information each time you make a purchase. It will also give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and especially exclusive discounts. You can register immediately, or you can start filling your shopping cart and create your account when you make the payment.
After completing your online order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing all the details of your order. You can access your order history at any time in the My Account > Order History section.

If your order has not arrived on the scheduled delivery date, we are here to help you. Before contacting us, have you tried to:
- Check your shipping confirmation email to retrieve the tracking number of your package. You can then click on the link in the shipping confirmation email to get the tracking update.
- Log into My Account to verify that the address provided for delivery is correct and that your details are up to date.
- Check if you have received a calling card from one of our carriers. Your package may be at the post office or at a relay merchant where you can pick it up. You may be able to arrange a new delivery with the carrier.
- Check with your neighbours to make sure they have not picked up the package in your absence.
If you have not found your package after completing all these checks, you can contact our Customer Service by providing your order number.
If you wish to change your current order, you can contact our Customer Service by specifying your order number and the items you wish to cancel. If your socks have not yet been shipped, your order will simply be cancelled. If your socks have already been shipped, you will need to follow the procedure to return the items.

All the items available for sale on the site are in stock in our factory in Vagney. If a message appears indicating that the item is no longer in stock, it is no longer available for sale. We invite you to check our website regularly because our factory produces on a just-in-time basis so it is very likely that the item you like will be available for sale again in a few days.
In order to resolve any incorrect item problems as soon as possible, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible.
If you have received an item that is not the one you ordered, you must contact our Customer Service and mention your order number, details of the item not received, and a description of the incorrect item received.
If you place your order before 12:00 pm, your order will be shipped the same day (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays). Colissimo delivery to your home or to a merchant takes an average of 2 working days. Chronopost delivery is made within 24 hours.

We deliver your order in Europe and worldwide. Follow-up is possible for some countries. You will receive an e-mail from our factory with the tracking link of your package to allow you to track its delivery. Our carriers deliver during normal working hours and may require a signature acknowledging receipt of the package. We therefore advise you to have the package delivered to an address where someone will be present during the day to receive the package.

- Overseas Department (DOM): Home delivery in 5 to 7 days with tracking, without signature, for 30€, free for orders over 150€.

All delivery times are valid if your order is placed before 12:00 noon Monday to Friday, there will be no shipping on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

As soon as your order is shipped from our factory in Vagney, you will receive an email containing a link allowing you to track your package. This link will also be accessible at any time in the My Account > Order History section
In order to facilitate your online payment on the Bleuforêt website, we accept the following payment methods:

Payment by credit card on our website is completely secure. We use BNP Paribas' Mercanet banking solution via the secure interface of our partner Ingenico. When you pay by credit card, your bank details are encrypted (SSL standard), which means that they do not circulate in clear on the Internet network.
Your bank details are never stored on our servers but are transmitted through the banking networks. For this reason, you must fill them in again with each order. If you still prefer not to fill them in, you can pay for your order by Paypal, bank transfer or cheque.
Bleuforêt also offers Paypal payment. Paypal is an easy, fast and secure way to pay for your online purchases without entering your bank details.
Bleuforêt also accepts payments by cheques for French orders. To do this, you must send your cheque to the address below, indicating your order number on the back:

Your cheque will be cashed upon receipt. If you do not send your payment by cheque within 10 days it will be automatically cancelled.
Your invoice is kept in the My Account > Order History section and can be downloaded at any time.
From the date of receipt of the ordered product, you have a right of withdrawal for a period of 14 days. After this period, we will not refund any order.
The returned product must be unworn, unwashed, with its label, in its original packaging and accompanied by the return form. You will then have at the latest 30 days to return the product to the following address:

Yes, all our socks, tights and leggings products are manufactured in our Vosges factory in Vagney (near Remiremont). Our nylon tights are knitted in the Vosges, the dyeing is then done at our logistics centre in Romilly-Sur-Seine.
The yarns used for the knitting of our socks and tights come from different regions in Europe and around the world depending on the material.
We also make sure that all yarns are ethically and respectfully sourced, from breeding to shearing. In order to guarantee animal welfare, our suppliers and breeders follow the following guidelines:
1. Absence of hunger, thirst and malnutrition
2. Absence of discomfort
3. Absence of pain, injury and illness
4. Absence of fear and distress

We have a shop located in our factory in Vagney (88) and a shop in Gérardmer (88).

The dyes are European and comply with current European regulations on chemical substances.
Yes, all our dyed yarns used in the manufacture of our socks are Eoko-Tex certified, thus ensuring that there are no substances harmful to health.
