Our Wax Fabric Pattern Velvet socks will make you dream of Africa. The oversize pattern and bright colours on these women's ankle socks recall African wax fabric. But under their assertive style they are also incredibly soft, thanks to their inside which is 100% cotton. Despite appearances, these socks aren't from Africa but are, of course, made in France. Like all our collections they are knitted by us in the Bleuforêt factory in the Vosges, our guarantee of impeccable quality.
Our socks are made of natural fibres and are therefore delicate. To clean them, a machine bath at 30 degrees is sufficient. Wash your socks inside out to avoid damaging them and hang them together with a sock clip to reassemble them more easily after washing. Finally, don't tumble dry because it produces hot air over a long period of time, which causes the stitches in your socks to shrink.
